Yang's group focuses on the fabrication of optoelectronics and spintronics devices and their applications. Our group is a part of SEL (Spin and Energy Lab), ISML (Information Storage Materials Laboratory) and COE (Center for OptoElectronics) in Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering.
